Organizational: Learn More Workshop | $675
1 hour workshop for up to 20 people
Do you want your staff to be on the same page about how to respect and support your students, families, customers, clients, and/or each other? Are you looking for an entertaining and informational Lunch and Learn for your organization? This workshop is designed for schools, businesses, and non-profits that need targeted assistance in 2-3 areas of LGBTQIA+ awareness and support or introductory level disability inclusion training.
This workshop will help you and your staff learn more about how to increase your allyship with the LGBTQIA+ or disability community.
Pre-work: a 30-minute phone call with leadership where we discuss your school, organization, or non-profit’s specific needs.
Prep work: 4 hours of design and presentation preparation work.

Organizational: Level Up Workshop | $1210
2-hour workshop for up to 30 people
Is your school, organization, or business legible as LGBTQIA+ friendly? Do you struggle to communicate your values to your students, families, clients, or customers? These things don’t just happen. You need a plan to make your allyship and values legible to your audience! This targeted workshop will be tailored to your school or organization's specific needs around mission statement development or LGBTQIA+ Cultural Competency.
Pre-work: a needs assessment form to be filled out by the staff along with a 30-minute phone call to discuss your organization's specific needs.
Prep work: 6 hours of design and presentation preparation work crafting a unique, interactive presentation based on your needs assessment forms and intake call.
Presentation: a 1 hour and 45-minute interactive presentation with a reflection exercise and group planning for systems change to develop your mission statement or better support the LGBTQIA+ community followed by a 15-minute q and a.

Allyship In Action Training Series | $5620
Is your school, organization, or business seeking a culture shift? Do you truly want all the shadowy spots you are unaware of illuminated? This training series is for you! This training series can address: strategic planning initiatives, mission statement development, and/ or LGBTQIA+ Cultural Competency based on your school or organization’s needs.
Pre-work:
3 hours of website and marketing materials review and updating.
a staff wide anonymous needs assessment along with a 1-hour intake phone call to discuss your school or organization’s specific needs.
Presentations:
4 one-hour, interactive trainings based on your staff needs assessments and intake phone call
Ongoing work:
continually support and ongoing accountability for your organization or business wide strategic planning initiatives, mission statement development, and/ or LGBTQIA+ Cultural Competency in the form of 3, 30-minute accountability calls
